The Ritz Milner hotel in LA. Sounded fancy. Ended up finding a few roaches in our room so we requested a new room. They moved us to the room next door that was even worse. More roaches and the bathroom door wouldn't shut. The sink didn't work and was in the bedroom. The TV kept turning itself off and on with really loud static. Needless to say, we didn't get any sleep that night. They wouldn't give us a refund or we would have gone elsewhere.
