One day a boy was singing.Many people were listening to the boy because he was very well.But one of the guests said to the woman next to him,"It's really sounds bad!"
"Oh,"answered the woman,"Well he is my son."
"Oh,I'm sorry,"the man said,"well his voice is not bad,but the song is very bad.I wonder who wrote that awful song."
"I did."said the woman.
coincidence[ko'ɪnsɪdəns]：巧合
guest[ɡɛst]：客人
next to：緊挨着
awful['ɔfl]：糟糕的
有個男孩在唱歌，許多人都在圍着他聽，因爲他唱得確實非常好聽。其中一個觀衆跟他旁邊的女士說：“唱的真難聽啊!對吧!”
“嗯”那位女士回答他，“這是我兒子。”
“啊，對不起!”這位觀衆趕緊說，“他的聲音還是不錯的，就是這首歌寫的太爛了，我想知道誰寫得這麼爛的歌。”
“是我寫的。”這位女士說。
