Having kids makes the struggle of staying away from tempting treats even more real. Instead, give them (and you!) a treat you can feel good about them eating. Plus, they will never know it is healthy.

Then, mix it with 2 teaspoons of vanilla, 2 1/4 cups of quick oats and 6 tablespoons of cocoa powder and roll into balls. These will disappear fast.

They give us a mental vacation, are filled with essential vitamins and nutrients, and they taste amazing.
