發改委宣佈 到2020年智能汽車新車佔比將達到50%

By the year 2020, smart cars will account for up to 50% China's new car market, according to a draft smart cars strategy released by China's top economic planner.

根據我國最高經濟規劃部門近日發佈的一份關於智能汽車的戰略草案顯示，到2020年，智能汽車在我國新車市場中所佔比重將高達50%。

The draft strategy, produced by the National Development and Reform Commission, is open for public feedback.

這份戰略草案由國家發展和改革委員會起草，將於近日面向公衆徵集意見。

The blueprint is part of the country's efforts to grow into a global power in smart car development and production by 2035.

該計劃是我國力爭在2035年前成爲智能汽車發展和生產的全球強國的一部分。

In order to perfect the legal system for self-driving technologies, the government will speed up the drafting of regulations for public road tests of autonomous driving and revise the current road safety regulations "when conditions are mature".

爲完善自動駕駛技術領域的法律制度，政府將加快起草公共道路自動駕駛測試規範，並“在條件成熟時”對當前的道路安全法進行修訂。

"Developing such cars is of great significance, which would create new economic growth points, alleviate traffic-related problems and enhance China's competitive edge," said the commission.

發改委表示：“發展這類汽車具有重要意義，它將創造新的經濟增長點，緩解交通相關問題，增強中國的競爭優勢。”

The commission also expects China to basically finish a framework of smart car standards - ranging from technological innovation and infrastructure to legislation, production supervision and information safety - by 2020.

發改委還預計，到2020年，我國標準智能汽車的技術創新、基礎設施、法規、產品監管和信息安全框架將基本完成。
