'海賊王'創發行量新紀錄

Eiichiro Oda's popular manga "One Piece" was recognized in Guinness World Records for "the most copies published for the same comic book series by one author."

由尾田榮一郎創作的人氣漫畫《海賊王》被認定爲"單一作者發行量最大的系列漫畫"，打破了吉尼斯世界紀錄。

Guinness handed an official certificate form to Yoshihisa Heishi, editor in chief of "Weekly Shonen Jump". Heishi attended the ceremony in place of the author at Tokyo Tower on Monday.

吉尼斯認定證書授予儀式15日在東京塔舉行，《週刊少年JUMP》主編瓶子吉久代替作者出席。

The number of copies of the comic book printed worldwide was 320,866,000 as of the end of December 2014.

截至2014年12月底，《海賊王》的全球發行量累計達到3.20866億冊。

"One Piece," which started out in the weekly magazine in 1997, has been one of the most popular and financially successful manga in the Japanese market.

《海賊王》自1997年起在《週刊少年JUMP》上連載，是日本市場人氣最高、經濟效益最好的漫畫。

The cartoon's story centers on Monkey y, who dreams of being the king of pirates as he travels the seas with his buddies in search of a treasure called One Piece.

《海賊王》講述了蒙奇·D·路飛夢想成爲海賊王，與同伴在大海上遠航尋找寶藏One Piece的故事。
