我國12座城市將試點生育險與醫保合併
Basic medical insurance and maternity insurance will be merged for urban residents in 12 cities including Handan, Jinzhong, Shenyang and Chongqing from the end of June this year as a pilot project, according to a circular issued by the State Council.
根據國務院日前公佈的一份通知，自今年6月底起，作爲一項試點項目，邯鄲、晉中、瀋陽、重慶等12個城市的城鎮居民基本醫療保險和生育保險將合併。Medical insurance funds will cover the function of maternity insurance, including reproductive healthcare and birth allowance, the circular explained.
通知稱，醫療保險基金將覆蓋生育保險用途，包括生育醫療費用和生育津貼。
The funds will be raised according to updated standards. The new premium employers should pay for employees will be the sum of the two insurance premiums.
醫療保險基金將按照新標準徵收。用人單位爲職工繳納的新的保險費將是兩項保險費用的總和。
The service that maternity insurance provides to urban residents will not be cut after the reform, the circular said.
通知指出，改革後，城鎮居民享受的生育保險待遇將不會降低。Management of the two insurance systems will be integrated in terms of services, information processing and cash settlements.
在服務、信息處理、現金結算方面，基本醫療保險和生育保險將統一管理。According to the circular, the reform will improve the efficiency of public insurance and cut administrative costs. The test of the reform will last one year.
根據該通知，改革將提升公共保險的效能、降低管理成本。改革試點期限爲一年。
