Good morning ladies and gentlemen, teachers and my fellow friends. The title of the speech that i‘m going to talk about is on money and health. Now as you see, we have a society where people just concentrate on earning money to pay off their mortgage, credit cards, holiday expanses etc, most of them fail to notice the gradual decline in their health. To them money is much much more important than health. As it says, " money is the root of all evil." I agree with it. Therefore, it is now time for us to watch out for our health and treasure our body! Thank you!

Nevertheless many of us always waste time and put off today’s work till tomorrow.
In fact, time is more important than money and time never stops for anyone or anything. For everyone, time is so limited that if we waste our precious time, we won’t get it back. Different people have diffhrent views on money. It is held that money is the source of happiness. But it is also held that money is the root of evil. For those friends whom I don’t get so familiar, I need to take consideration. If the one who gets bad reputation, I will make some excuses and avoiding borrowing money to him. To the one who I am not so sure whether he will return, I will make some discount, giving him small part of the money, telling him there is no need for him to return, thus our friendship won’t be hurt, at the same time, he won’t ask me again.

At present some people think that money is everything. They say that you can do everything if you have money. You can live in a beautiful house, keep a luxurious ear and have all sorts of delicious food.
I don't think so. Indeed, money can buy a lot of things we need. But there are many, many wonderful things in the world that cannot be bought with money.
For example, knowledge cannot be bought with money. One cannot be rich in knowledge unless he studies hard. Time cannot be bought with money, either. Who can buy even a second with money?
There are still many other things that cannot be bought with money: health, life, happiness, friendship, love and so on. Just think, if a person hasn't these things at all, is the money still useful?
