　　最可愛的生物The Curtest Creature

Dragon represents the image of China. But in western countries, dragon is not nice creature. However, if we present them our national treasure, the curtest creature in the world, panda, they will fall in love with it immediately. No one can resist the charm of panda.

龍是中國形象的代表，然而在西方國家，龍卻不是友好的生物。但是如果我們向他們展示我們國寶，世界上最可愛的生物——熊貓，他們就會立即愛上它。沒有人能抗拒熊貓的魅力。

The foreigners are so crazy about panda. Many foreign countries have made great effort to rent pandas. For example, Holland rented two pandas recently. It was the first time for them to get pandas. Before that, their zoo manager had talked to Chinese panda raising center for 16 years and he had been to China for more than 20 times. What’s more, during that time, three prime ministers had talked to Chinese government. Finally, the agreement had been reached. People in Holland made the great celebration.

外國人非常喜歡熊貓，許多國家爲了租熊貓作出了很大的努力。例如，荷蘭最近租了兩隻熊貓，這是他們第一次租到熊貓。他們動物園經理之前跟中國熊貓飼養中心接觸了16年，他來來回回中國超過20次。而且，在這段時間裏，前後三任總理都去說服中國政府。最後達成了協議。荷蘭人民舉行了盛大的慶祝活動。

Holland’s officers had built a grand resident for two pandas. They designed it as Chinese lifestyle and even hired Chinese workers to finish the job. They just wanted the pandas to feel at home. The local people made up a huge group to welcome the pandas’ coming. There is no doubt that pandas are favored by the world.

　　健康的生活方式The Healthy Lifestyle

Nowadays, with the development of technology, many young people stay indoors and play computer all the time. Especially for those who stay up very late or go out to play for fun until midnight, then they wake up at noon the next day. This is the unhealthy lifestyle, and they need to make some changes.

如今，隨着科技的發展，很多年輕人都喜歡呆在室內玩電腦。尤其是那些熬夜到很晚或者出去玩到午夜纔回來，然後第二天中午才睡醒。這是不健康的生活方式，他們需要改變。

First, having regular break time and enough sleep is the basic way to keep healthy. Some young people hang out for fun after work. They need to release their pressure and have fun with their friends. They go home very late and then next day get up, preparing to work. In the long run, they not only have low efficiency, but also damage their bodies.

首先，有規律的休息和充足的睡眠是保持健康的基本方法。一些年輕人下班後出去找樂子，需要釋放壓力，和朋友們玩得開心。之後回家很晚，第二天又早早起牀，準備工作。從長期來看，他們不僅會導致效率低，還傷害了自己的身體。

Second, keep the balanced diet. Most people are picky about food. They only choose the food they like and lose the balance of nutrition. For most kids, they like to have meat and refuse of the vegetables and fruit. It is not good for the growth of their bodies.

第二，保持均衡飲食。大多數人都對食物挑剔，他們只吃喜歡的東西，營養不均衡。對於大多數孩子來說，他們喜歡吃肉類和蔬菜，不喜歡吃水果。這是不利於他們長身體。

China has a history of more than five thousand years, whose culture is various. Chinese people are so proud of their culture and many traditional arts are part of the national treasure, such as the festivals that contain the myths and the handwork. One of the special handwork products is paper-cut, which is now learned by less people.

中國有五千多年的歷史，它的文化是具有多樣性的。中國人都爲他們的文化感到自豪。許多傳統藝術是國家財富的一部分，比如那些有着神話色彩的節日和手工作品。其中一個特別的手工產品就是剪紙，現在掌握這門技術的人也越來越少了。

Paper-cut is an extraordinary art, which is using scissors to cut paper into graphics. This art just needs simple tool, but it is not easy at all. When we look at the masters to cut paper, it takes them only a few minutes to finish, in fact, for a freshman, they need to practise for a long time. This art has a long history. It reflects the wisdom of Chinese people.

剪紙藝術是一種很特別的藝術，是用剪刀把紙切成各種圖形。這種藝術只需要簡單的工具，但是做起來卻是不容易的。我們看大師剪紙時只需要幾分鐘就可以完成了，事實上，對於一個新手來說，他們需要練習很長時間。這種歷史悠久的藝術反映的是中國人的智慧。

My grandma inherits this art, and she can cut a lot of graphics. When I was very small, she tried to teach me this handwork, but I was addicted to playing computer games. Now I feel so regretful, because paper-cut is treasure, and many foreigners love it. But as a Chinese, I used to refuse it. The in-heritage of tradition needs everybody’s passion.

我奶奶繼承了這門藝術，她可以把紙剪成各種各樣的形狀。在我很小的時候，她試圖把這個手工技術教給我，但是我沉迷於玩電腦遊戲。現在我後悔了，因爲剪紙是就是個瑰寶，許多外國人都喜歡，但作爲一箇中國人，我曾經竟然拒絕它。對傳統的繼承需要每個人給予熱情。
