小學英語教師個人工作總結
回顧這學年來的工作，本人積極投身於教育事業，服從領導分工。本學年擔任本校的四、五年級英語教學工作，因為我是學習英語教育的，再加上之前也從事了英語教學，所以本學期的教學工作開展還算得心應手。學生的英語水平也明顯的提高了，同時也取得了一定的成績。
一.政治思想方面： 我認真學習新的教育理論，及時更新教育理念。積極參加政治學習，並做好筆記。在教學的過程中瞭解到新的教育形式不允許我們在課堂上重複講書，我們必須具有先進的教育觀念，才能適應教育的發展。
二.教育教學方面：
要提高教學質量，關鍵是上好課。為了上好課，我注重組織好課堂教學，關注全體學生，注意信息反饋，調動學生的有意注意，使其保持相對穩定性。同時，激發學生的情感，使他們產生愉悦的心境，創造良好的課堂氣氛，課堂語言簡潔明瞭，克服了以前重複的毛病，課堂提問面向全體學生，注意引發學生學英語的興趣，每節課努力創設一個情境，同學生在課堂上同遊戲，同歌唱。
熱愛學生，平等的對待每一個學生，讓他們都感受到老師的關心，良好的師生關係促進了學生的學習。比如，握握他的手，摸摸他的頭等。從讚美着手，所有的人都渴望得到別人的理解和尊重，所以，和差生交談時，對他的處境、想法表示深刻的理解和尊重。
積極參與講課，聽課、評課，虛心向同行學習教學方法，博採眾長，提高教學水平。本學期積極參加學校組織的開放課活動，在電教室共授課四次，每次都認真對待，通過參與這個活動，使我有了很大的進步。同時，積極與由老師搞好一次英語課堂教學研討課，在此次活動中，我增加了自信，使我更有信心對待我的課堂教學，我不是弱者!實力是靠打出來的，不是靠説出來的。
三.繼續教育學習方面。
本學期我校的繼續教育工作開展的紮紮實實，有實效。我能認真學習有關書籍，做好筆記。同時，校園的博客風很濃，我也愛上了博客，喜歡在那裏抒發我的情感，展現我的教學實際和反思。
四.組長工作。 本學期我們全體專科教師都聚集到一起，大家在平時，能夠互幫互助，主動搞好辦公室的衞生，做到了不用安排，人人主動的好局面，真的像個大家庭，在這裏我們都感受到了温暖。在組裏，年輕人較多，在年輕人的渲染下，我們人人有了活力，有了朝氣。我堅信，歲月能使人變老的是年齡，是外表，但永遠不能改變的是你的心靈。只要你有一顆朝氣蓬勃，積極向上的心，你的工作，你的生活永遠都會充滿陽光。
教育工作，是一項常做常新、永無止境的工作。在教書育人的道路上我付出的是汗水和淚水，然而我收穫的卻是那一份份充實，那一份份沉甸甸的情感。我用我的心去教誨我的學生，我用我的情去培育我的學生。我無愧於我心，我無悔於教。
