“七條底線”促網絡文明
Firstly, Legal bottom line. In the realitylife, everyone should understand law, abide law, enforce law, take the fact asthe basis, and take the law as the criterion. The Internet is a virtual spacewith concealing, but also need to abide the relevant laws and regulations.
其一，法律法規底線。現實生活中，每個人都應該知法、懂法、守法、護法，以事實為依據，以法律為準繩。互聯網是虛擬空間，有一定的隱匿性，但也要遵守相關法律法規。
Secondly, the bottom line of socialistsystem. China is a socialist country, which is the result of history and thepeople's choice.
其二，社會主義制度底線。我國是社會主義國家，這是歷史和人民選擇的結果。
Thirdly, the bottom line of state a citizen of the People’s Republic, when we are using the Internet, we have toadhere to the bottom line of state interest. The Internet has no nationalboundaries, but users have borders.
其三，國家利益底線。作為中華人民共和國公民，我們在使用互聯網時，要堅守國家利益底線。互聯網沒有國界，但網民有國界。

其五，社會公共秩序底線。我們都希望社會公共秩序有條不紊，就應該不做有可能導致社會公共秩序混亂的事情，譬如傳播謠言、傳播暴力、傳播色情，這些負能量應當堅決叫停。

其六，道德風尚底線。使用互聯網，要遵守最基本的道德。

其七，信息真實性底線。對於信息而言，最忌諱的就是虛假信息。

這七條底線，都是使用互聯網應該遵守的。打造互聯網文明，離不開這七條底線的託舉。
