Transfer還可以用來表示公司部門間和不同子公司間的“調動”，還有運動員在不同俱樂部間的轉會。例如：I want to be transferred to the head office. Neither player wants a transfer.

這句話是Dan不小心撞翻了Amanda的書的時候說的。令我奇怪的是，這看起來是認識女生最簡潔有效的方式。

說道批評別人，有一個習語挺有趣的，就是pick holes in，意思就是“挑刺，挑毛病，找不痛快”，比如：Why do you always have to pick holes in everything I say?
