2017年，哪些事情最能點燃你的靈魂？

I couldn’t resist the “What quote will define your life in 2017?” challenge on Facebook last week. When I saw the results, I was pleasantly surprised at how accurate it was. It pretty much nailed my outlook on life.

我忍不住參加了上週在Facebook發起的“一句話預言你2017年的生活”的挑戰。當我看了這些結果，我很驚喜它是如此的準確，幾乎概括出我個人的生活觀念。

So as 2016 comes to a close, rather than looking back, I’m looking forward. And, focusing on these five things that really set my soul on fire.

所以，既然2016年即將結束了，與其回顧過往，我選擇向前看。然後關注在下面這5件真正點燃我的靈魂的事情。

1. Double down on people.

1. 在人的方面下重注。

Technology is transforming how we work and live, but it’s human creativity that accelerates progress. Technology enables people to take on more interesting and higher-value work -- so we need to provide learning opportunities to help them step up to these new challenges.

雖然科學技術正在改變我們的工作和生活方式，不過人類的活動確實在推動社會的發展。技術能夠讓人們承擔更多有趣和高質的工作——所以我們要提供學習機會幫助他們接觸這些新挑戰。

2. Try to be my best professionally and personally.

2. 盡力做到專業與個人方面的最佳。

In 2017, I will continue to build on my Thrive journey. By being transparent about both my successes and my setbacks, I hope to foster a community of like-minded people who will dispel the myth that burnout is the price we pay for success.

在2017年，我會繼續完成我的名爲“Thrive”的項目。公正對待我的成功與挫折，我希望構建一個匯聚志趣相投的人們的社區，共同破除“倦怠就是成功的代價”的謠言。

3. Lift as I rise.

3. 互幫互助，共同發展。

The next generation holds so much promise. And, I can help these emerging leaders by giving them opportunities to learn and the safety net to fail forward on the path to achieving their aspirations.

年輕一代許下太多的承諾，而我能爲這些新晉的領導者提供學習的機會，還有預防失敗的安全網，以此幫助他們追逐自己的夢想。

4. Celebrate more with my team.

4. 多與團隊慶祝。

They are simply awesome. I am very blessed to work with such smart and compassionate people. And, we should take more time to celebrate the amazing things we’re doing for our people and our business.

他們真的非常有才。我很感恩能夠與這些精明有熱情的人們一起工作。所以，我們應該多與他們一起慶祝我們爲人們和公司所付出的美好時刻。

5. Family. Family. Family.

In honor of my mom, who was a teacher, I’m going to close with a quote from a beloved American author, Mark Twain.

我的母親曾經是一位老師，爲了感謝她，我準備引用我最愛的美國作家馬克•吐溫的一句名言來結束這篇文章。
