注：材料中其實有提到兩個不同的角度，對個人和對企業。雖然我們不能抄材料，但是可以借鑑這樣的思路。如果文章中沒有兩個主體，你也可以直接用For one thing... For another...這樣成對的銜接詞哦。
第三部分：
總結（更全面的角度去分析）
All in all, perfectionism is an attitude that motivates us to try our best to achieve our goals. Meanwhile, we should bear in mind that the pursuit of perfection allows for mistakes and something imperfect, and that an overemphasis on perfection is more an obstacle than a motivator.
