三. 語法
1、當你想詢問別人會幹什麼時，用What can you do? 答句有肯定形式：Yes, I can . 否定形式：No, I can’t。
當你想知道他人會幹什麼時，可用What can he do ? 或者What can she do ? 答句有肯定形式：Yes, he can ./ Yes, she can. 否定形式：No, he can’t./No, she can’t。
2、I can …變爲一般疑問句：Can you …? He can…或She can …變爲一般疑問句：Can he …/ Can she …? 其中的he , she 也可以變爲其他具體的人物。如 My mother can cook the meals. 變爲一般疑問句：Can your mother cook the meals?
3、help (形容詞形式)――helpful helpful (動詞形式)――help
4、當句子中出現了情態動詞can或其否定形式can’t時，其他的動詞要用原形。

這裏的eggplant是指一道菜，是被切碎了的，熟的，所以這裏的eggplant是不可數名詞，不能用複數形式。
西紅柿 tomato 和土豆 potato 複數形式在後面加es tomatoes, potatoes
fish 當表示爲活的魚的時候，是可數的，但它是單複數同形;當表示爲魚肉的時候，是不可數的。
cabbage 當表示是一種包菜的數量時，是不可數名詞，表示爲cabbage;當表示不同種類的包菜時，是可數名詞，表示爲cabbages
eggplant 當表示是未經過烹飪的蔬菜時，是可數名詞，表示爲eggplants;當表示經烹飪過的菜餚時，是不可數名詞，表示爲eggplant
