動名型have(has) +過去分詞
系表型have(has)been+表語
1.下面這些明確的過去時間不能用在現在完成時中
yesterday昨天
the day before yesterday後天
in 1980(……過去的年、月)
on July 28th, 1921(……過去的某天)
at 8(過去的某時間)
when + 過去時態
after + 過去時態
before + 過去時態
2.以下這些較模糊的時間狀語可以用在現在完成時中
today今天
all day整天
this week(month, year, century)本週(本月，本年，本世紀)
all this week整個這周
these days(weeks, months, years)這幾天(這幾周，這幾月，這幾年)
recently最近
lately近來
just剛纔
already已經
so far 迄今爲止
up to now 迄今爲止
till (until) now迄今爲止
in the past (last)days (years)在過去的日子(年頭)裏
during the past (last)days (years…) 在過去的日子(年頭)裏
since+過去某時(自從)
since…ago 自從……前以來
before以前
for+時間長度(爲期……)

3.表示頻率的時間副詞也可以使用
always總是
often經常
ever曾經
never從來
once一次
twice兩次

how many times多少次
例句：
I haven’t done my homework today.
我今天還沒有做家庭作業呢。
He has been here this week.
這一週他都在這裏。

這些天你怎麼樣?
