Hence, it’s imperative for us to take drastic measures to tackle this problem. For one thing, whenever we play our cell phone we should set a reasonable time limit, which can stop us from getting addicted to mobile phone. For another, we should take part in outdoor activities energetically and add the opportunities to communicate with their peers. Only in this way can we quit mobile phone addiction and enjoy the pleasure of comunication.
因此，我們必須採取嚴厲的措施來解決這個問題. 一方面，無論什麼時候我們玩手機，我們應該設一個合理的時間限制，這能夠防止我們沉迷於手機。另一方面我們應該積極參加戶外活動，增加和同齡人交流的機會。只有用這種方式，我們才能戒掉手機成癮，享受交流的快樂。
