英語閱讀學習：需要“英語輸入”和“英語輸出”
英語閱讀(學習)需要“英語輸入”和“英語輸出”。
而不是“中文輸入”、“中文輸出”。
“輸出”即“英語使用的語言環境”。而這個所謂的“英語使用的語言環境”一般人又僅僅理解爲“和別人，或老外說英語”。這種對“英語使用的環境”的理解過於狹隘了。

大多數學英語的人在這裏讀到這麼好、這麼漂亮的英語，都是處於一種“使用中文”又是“被動輸入中文信息”的狀態，而沒有“主動使用英語”並“主動輸出”的行爲。也就是隻有URead(而且是用中文Read)，沒有UTalk，難怪英語學了多年，一點進步沒有。
使用中文被動輸入中文信息：

這種“使用中文”的語言輸入，能把英語學好?就算是能，也是一種“事倍功半”的學習模式，也就是一個人學了十年英語還處於小學水平的表現。
