澳大利亞麥當勞出事!竟然給客人上生肉漢堡
Sherre Scheide from Darwin, Australia, had taken her kids to a local branch of the fast food chain for a Sunday treat, but the experience wasn't quite what she'd planned.
來自澳大利亞，達爾文市的Sherre Scheide，星期天帶着孩子們去當地的一家快餐連鎖店用餐，然而那天的用餐體驗卻是她從未想到的。Sherre told NT News : “As I started biting into the burger, I though it didn’t taste right, then I looked down and opened the patty and it was raw.
Sherre告訴NT新聞社：“剛開始吃的時候，我就覺得味道不對，然後我看了看，打開漢堡，發現裏面肉還是生的。”“I took all the burgers back and the manager came racing around the corner and shook my hand and said she’d speak to the staff members.”
“我把所有的漢堡都退了回去，餐廳經理急忙過來查看，握着我的手說她會和餐廳員工反應此事。
The family were not offered a refund, according to reports.
據報道，餐廳並沒有退回餐費。Instead, the food was replaced with chicken meals but Sherre said she was too disgusted by the experience to eat.
他們把原來的“生肉”套餐換成了雞肉套餐，Sherre此時還心有餘悸因爲噁心而難以下手。
She said that by then, she was already feeling sick from her first burger.
她說從那次以後，她一想起漢堡就反胃。The mum reportedly asked the manager for someone from the head office to contact her.
這位母親食客要求餐廳經理讓總公司負責人和她聯繫。But she claims when they did, she was told the meat only had to be checked once over 24 hours.
但是據她稱，當總公司來電時，只是告訴她，漢堡中的肉在24小時內只檢查一次。Sherre wasn't happy with the response and what she called their "carefree attitude".
Sherre對此反饋很不滿意，覺得她們的態度很敷衍。Reports said that she was planning on taking up the incident with the health and safety food inspectors.
報道稱，該女食客會就此次事件向衛生和安全食品檢驗員反應。They also said she's been put off McDonald's for good now.
而且她再也不會去吃麥當勞了。A McDonald's spokeswoman told NT News they took food safety seriously and such incidents as this were rare.
一名麥當勞的女性發言人告訴NT新聞社，他們會對此次食品安全事件進行嚴肅處理，這次的事情也實屬罕見。They said the issue was isolated and did not reflect any other of their products.
他們表示此次的事件是個特例，麥當勞的其他產品不會有相同的問題。They claim they have reinforced cooking procedures in the restaurant.
他們會加強食品加工程序的監管。
