郭文貴名下公司前高管被判刑
Lyu Tao, a senior executive who worked with outspoken exiled businessman Guo Wengui, has been sentenced to two years in prison for obtaining loans and foreign exchange by fraud, according to state media.
根據中國官方媒體的報道，曾爲直言不諱的流亡商人郭文貴工作的高管呂濤，因騙取貸款和騙購外匯被判有期徒刑二年三個月。The former senior executive of Beijing Pangu Investment, one of Guo’s companies, was handed the sentence by a court in the northern Chinese city of Dalian, according to Xinhua. Two employees with the company, Xie Honglin and Yang Ying, were sentenced to two years in prison with a three-year reprieve.
據新華社(Xinhua)報道，這位北京盤古氏投資有限公司(Beijing Pangu Investment)前高管在中國北方城市大連一家法庭接到了判決書。該公司兩名員工解洪淋和楊英則被判兩年有期徒刑，緩刑三年。盤古氏投資公司是郭文貴名下企業之一。The company was also fined Rmb245m ($35.9m) for obtaining loans by fraud, Xinhua reported.
新華社報道稱，盤古氏投資還因騙取貸款被判罰2.45億元人民幣（合3590萬美元）。
Chinese businessman Guo Wengui, who also goes by Miles Kwok, has lobbed personal accusations against China’s anti-corruption tsar Wang Qishan from his home in Manhattan via media interviews and social media postings.
中國商人郭文貴(又名Miles Kwok)曾在他位於曼哈頓的家中，通過媒體採訪和社交媒體上的帖子，發出個人對中國“反腐沙皇”王岐山的指控。Mr Guo has been caught up in at least five lawsuits in the US as his targets in attempt to silence him. Chinese conglomerate HNA Group announced on Thursday it had filed a defamation suit in New York state against Mr Guo.
