3名中國留美學生欺凌同學獲刑 刑滿後驅逐出境

Three students from China were sentenced to prison on Wednesday in California for kidnapping and assaulting another Chinese teenager in Los Angeles in March 2015.

週三，三名在美國加利福尼亞州留學的中國學生因2015年3月在洛杉磯綁架並攻擊另一名中國青少年而被判刑。

Zhai Yunyao was sentenced to 13 years in prison, Yang Yuhan was sentenced to 10 years in prison and Zhang Xinlei was sentenced to six years in prison. They would be expelled from the US as well when serving out their jail term, judges said.

據悉，犯人翟雲瑤被判刑13年，楊玉菡被判刑10年，章鑫磊則被判刑6年。法官表示，三人刑滿釋放時將會被驅逐出美國。

The three defendants, all of whom were born in 1996, were accused of abducting and torturing a fellow female Chinese student in March in Rowland Heights, an affluent, unincorporated community in Los Angeles County with an almost 60 percent Asian population.

三名犯罪人均出生於1996年，因去年3月在羅蘭崗劫持和綁架一名中國女學生而被指控。羅蘭崗位於洛杉磯縣內，是一個獨立且富饒的社區，居住人口有近六成是亞洲人。

The victim said they beat her, stripped her clothes off and even burned her nipples with lighted cigarettes. She was also forced to the ground to eat sand.

三名犯罪人員表示，他們毆打了那個女孩兒，並扒光她的衣服，甚至用點燃的菸頭燙她的乳頭。還逼迫女孩趴在地上吃沙子。

In their statements, the defendants all apologized to the victim, who said she forgave her attackers.

在他們的供述中，三名被告向受害人表示道歉，受害人予以了原諒。

"Parents in China are well-meaning and send their kids thousands of miles away with no supervision and too much freedom. That is a formula for disaster," Yang said, according to the Los Angeles Times. "Along with that came a lot of freedom, in fact too much freedom … Here, I became lonely and lost," another defendant Zhai said in her statement.

“中國家長送孩子遠洋留學用心良苦，但是沒有適當的監管和太多的自由，這是釀成災禍的主要根源，”洛杉磯時報引用了楊某的話進行報道，“赴美留學給了我們太多的自由。在這裏我們孤獨且迷茫。”另一位被告人翟某如此說道。
