古巴冷知識：計劃經濟，但福利不錯
由於一直被美國製裁，古巴的經濟發展緩慢，古巴人平均的每日收入還不到1美元，整個國家很大程度上還是計劃經濟。
不過好在，在生活的很多重要方面，他們的福利還是不錯的，比如醫療和教育，政府會給很大力度的補貼。
Although things are slowly dEveloping and becoming more modern, the average Cuban still earns roughly 20 USD per month – that’s less than 1 dollar a day. Every Cuban household has a ration book. With only 20 USD a month it’s obvious that the money won’t be enough to buy food (if you know the Cuban prices). However, every household has a ration book. Products that the government has determined necessary are subsidized to nominal costs.
儘管古巴緩慢地發展，且越來越現代化，但古巴人的平均月收入仍在20美元左右，也就是說，其日收入不足1美元。每個古巴家庭都有一本配給簿。古巴人一個月只有20美元的收入，而用這些錢購買食物顯然是不夠的（如果你知道古巴商品的價格）。不過，每家每戶都有一本配給簿。那些政府認爲必要的商品是有補貼的，只是象徵性地收取一定費用。
國有企業依舊主導着古巴的經濟。古巴的多數行業現在都由政府經營。
