1. Brain dump: At the end of your workday, declutter your racing mind. Write down all of tomorrow's to-dos. Clear your thoughts of all this stress.
1.釋放大腦:一天工作結束後,整理你那一團糟的腦子。把第二天所需要完成的事情全部寫下了。把這些帶來壓力的想法全部清空。

2. To-do list: From your brain dump, select just three important tasks that must be completed tomorrow. Don't overload or overestimate yourself, which re-invites stress.
2. 待辦事項清單:在上面整理出來的事情裏,只挑選其中三件必須在第二天完成的事情。不要給自己過多負擔,也不要高估自己的能力,不然就會再次產生壓力。

3. Scribble notes: For the three to-do items, jot down notes. For example, if you need to make a call or publish an article tomorrow, write the topics you'll discuss. These keywords will more easily trigger idea flow the next morning.
3.記筆記:爲以上挑選出來的3個待辦事項記下筆記。比如,如果你第二天需要給他人進行電話聯繫或者發佈一篇文章,那麼把你們將會討論的話題寫下來。這些關鍵詞能給第二天的討論激發更多的靈感。
