Generally speaking , first you should Know what time the exam would take place. Why? Because you can plot a plan for yourself ,then in the countdown days you could know what exactly you need to do. To the plan ,you must make sure it can be achieved by the last day , also everyday you have enough time to handle it ,not just staying in your brain or paper, the final matter is once you finish your plan, i mean before the deadline you can achieve your goal,you need to reward yourself ,so in the Key day ,you would have guts to face the problems and overcome them all. How to review before exam? According to my own experience, I have three suggestions. First, control your emotion well. Do not too nervous or too confident, just keep a normal mind. Secondly, try you best to review the exercise you have done before, but do not do new exercise, especially the difficult part. Third, read the knowledge in the book, because all the exams are from books. This is my suggestion.

考試的結果對於學生來說是很重要的。分數不僅與學生平時的努力有關,也和考前複習有關係。考前如何複習?根據我自己的經驗,我有三點建議。第一,控制好你的情緒。不要太緊張也不要過於自信,只要保持平常心就可以了。其次,盡你最大的努力去複習你以前做過的練習,但是不要做新的練習了,特別是比較難的那部分。第三,看書上的知識,因爲所有的考試都是來自書中的。這就是我的建議。

As we all know, most of us middle school students feel somehow nervous whenever we’re taking an important exam. There is no doubt that exams are important to us students, but it’s more important to have a right attitude towards them. As a matter of fact, exams are no more than a means of evaluating, therefore, there is no need to worry too much about the results. Only studying hard very day and making good preparations for exams can we avoid suffering from the pressure of exams.

We’d better go out for a walk or do some outdoor exercise before exams. Besides, having enough sleep can make us full of energy and make it possible for us to perform well in the exam, A hot bath or a cup of hot milk before going to bed night help you have a sound sleep.

So, my suggestion is: don’t worry about exams, try to relax yourself.
