【翻译】我家狗的保姆刚辞职了。

【讲解】
sitter 这里指代人，= a babysitter保姆（同 babysitter）。sitter还可以意为someone who is having their portrait painted 摆姿势让人画像的模特，被画像者。
quit 停止；离开；辞职；放弃。如quit wasting my time别浪费我的时间。
【例句】
I dropped the kids off at the babysitter's.

The artist paints the face and body of the sitter, but in fact he shows his own feelings.
