今日课题：今天，我们来分析新的一个病句了，这个病句仍然跟hope这个动词有关。我们来看下这个句子：
The work is hoped to be finished this week.
这句话的意思是：希望本周能够结束这项工作。
这句话使用的是被动语态。那么，hope在被动语态中的用法常常是用it作为形式主语，用that引导的从句做真实主语。我们来看一个例子：
It is hoped that this book will come out at the end of this month. 希望月底能发行这本书。
专业地说，这个句子实际上就是含有主语从句的复合句，主句是it is hoped，从句是that this book will come out at the end of this month。
