The woman who has the record for the longest dreadlocks in the world, has met and fallen in love with an African who also treasures dreadlocks.
保持世界上頭髮最長紀錄的女人終於找到了真愛，對方是一名同樣視長髮如珍寶的非洲人。Asha Mandela, the woman who has the world's longest dreadlocks has found love with a hair stylist whose massive dreadlocks may soon rival her own.
阿莎·曼德拉是世上頭髮最長的女人，她的愛人是一名髮型設計師，他亂蓬蓬的長辮子可能不久就能與阿莎相媲美。Asha has locks that measure a lengthy 55ft – longer than a London bus. Now the 50-year-old, from Florida, has found a match made in heaven with new husband, Emmanuel Chege, a qualified hair stylist from Kenya.

The smitten couple mutually worship each other's bountiful barnets and say that their beautifully maintained dreadlocks are their crowning glory.

Asha and Emmanuel met online three years ago after he was struck by pictures of her famous dreadlocks on hair websites. He decided to contact Asha, and when she visited Kenya on business eight months later, the chemistry between them was undeniable.

At first I thought maybe her locks were almost to her knees or to the ground, but the first glance when I saw her hair, it was so long, so it was so amazing and her beauty was so amazing too.'

Now, almost two years later, Asha has entrusted the care of her precious dreads solely to Emmanuel. Emmanuel, who has worked as a hair stylist for 15 years, spends his days lovingly grooming Asha's three-stone dreadlocks.

阿莎說：“如果有了孩子，我們絕不會給他梳頭髮。從一出生開始就要留辮子，不論要花多長時間。如果我們有幸能生個孩子，那將是個可愛的塔法裡教寶寶。”
