To celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, a series of scenic spots and parks across the country will cut their ticket prices or even offer free admission.
爲慶祝中華人民共和國成立70週年，全國各地多個景點和公園的門票將降價或免費。

10月1日當天，頤和園（the Summer Palace）、天壇公園（Temple of Heaven Park）、北京動物園、北京植物園、香山公園、園博園（Beijing Garden Expo Park）、北京國際雕塑公園（Beijing International Sculpture Park）等北京市18家知名（renowned parks）公園將免費開放，其中9家公園“免費不免票”（still need tickets to visit these attractions），市民和遊客（citizens and tourists）需通過相關網站、微信公衆號、App進行預約（reserve），併到指定地點（designated sites）兌換門票（exchange tickets），當日憑門票入園。
除首都（capital city）之外，其他省市的多個景點（scenic spots）均將降價，包括一些熱門旅遊目的地（popular tourist destinations）。
在浙江，4A旅遊景區（4A level tourist destination）大佛寺（Grand Buddha Temple）文化旅遊區門票將由100元/人次下降（cut down）至80元/人次，新票價將從國慶（National Day）前一天9月30日起實行。
在河南，相關部門要求，對納入降價範圍的4A、5A景區，務必在“十一”前推出一批降價景區並公佈降價方案（launch price reduction programs）。
近年來，發改委（the National Development and Reform Commission）多次發文（issued a number of papers）要求各地推進門票降價（lower ticket price）工作，讓利於民（benefit the public），鼓勵旅遊產業發展（encourage the boom in the tourism industry）。
