1．Stay/keep in touch with somebody/something 與……保持聯繫
Wherever you go, stay in touch with me, please. 無論你去哪裏，請與我保持聯絡。
Stay in close touch with the company! 和公司保持緊密的聯繫！
I try to keep in touch with current events by reading newspapers. 我通過讀報紙使自己知曉當前的形勢。
2．Get/be in touch with somebody 與某人取得聯繫
I shall get in touch with you again shortly. 我很快再和你聯繫。
How can I get in touch with you if your mobile phone is off all the time? 你的手機一直關機，我怎樣能跟你聯絡上？
Finally I got in touch with my first lover. 我終於我的初戀情人聯繫上了。
3．Be out of touch with somebody/something 未與某人來往，不接觸某物
We've been out of touch with Roger for years now. 我們至今已有數年未與羅傑來往了。
He is out of touch with the society. 他不接觸社會。
4．Lose touch with somebody: 與某人失去聯繫
He says he has lost touch with his stepmother. 他說他已和他的繼母失去聯繫。
Jenny has lost touch with all her old friends. 珍麗和她所有的老朋友都失去了聯繫。
Stay in close touch with my class, otherwise you'll be out of touch with me.
