In recent years, the Chinesegovernment has invested more in building gymnasiums in order to better meet therapidly growingneeds for fitness. In addition to building newgymnasiums, many cities have taken measures to increase the number of localgymnasiums such as renovating old factories and commercial buildings. With thefinancial support of the government, a growing number of gymnasiums are open tothe public for free or for a small fee. Many gymnasiumshave improved their service quality greatly through the application of moderninformation technology. It is convenient for people to book courts and pay forthem in advance.
