原則一、提升託福聽力做筆記準確性
在託福聽力進行中材料只讀一遍，有些題目材料播完才能看到題目。聽的過程中做好筆記是非常重要的環節。記錄筆記做到條理清晰、書寫工整。提高記筆記的效率，爲答題準確地提取信息打下基礎。看到了題目後，根據之前所記錄的筆記，有條理地分析出答案。
原則二、邊聽邊寫保持節奏一致
在託福聽力備考過程中，聽寫練習是一個重要環節。在有聽力基礎後再開始。聽力基礎較好的可以在記錄“寫”的內容時，同時把握好“聽”的進行。很多考生聽寫中顧着聽就來不及寫，專心寫又聽不清清後面說的內容，結果聽沒聽懂看也不懂。一定要練好聽與寫之間的平衡和節奏感。
原則三、練習聽力後多做總結提升弱項
在聽力練習完成之後，覈對答案的同時做好記錄，查看有沒有在同類問題出現反覆錯誤的情況，通過對比發現可能存在的高頻盲區，有針對性地迅速搞定弱點問題，讓自己的練習能有真正的快速提升。

口語
1、用英語思考，每次聽到英語的時候，試着在大腦中轉換成圖片，不要翻譯成中文再思考。
2、每天和自己練習口語，可照着鏡子和自己對話，也可以用錄音下來後反覆聽。
3、將注意力集中到口語的流利度，而不要太注意語法錯誤。
4、爲了提高流利度，可以嘗試一些英語繞口令。
5、每次聽英語的時候，多注意歐美人說話時的強音，重音，並且模仿。
聽力
1、可把課堂的對話錄音，並且回家溫故。
2、嘗試抓對話中的關鍵詞。
3、從對話中的關鍵詞聯想該對話的語言環境，從而瞭解自己沒聽懂的部分。
4、多與人進行英語對話 。
閱讀
1、給自己一個固定時間進行英語閱讀。
