The rumors are true. Twitter is changing the rules to allow users to fit more into each tweet, while still keeping the 140-character limit.
傳聞成真。Twitter正在改變規則，允許用戶在每條推特里添加更多東西，但仍保留140字的限制。According to a post on the official Twitter blog, the changes include the ability to attach media and links without counting toward the character limit.
根據Twitter官方博客的一則消息表明，本次的改變包括可以插入媒體附件、鏈接不計入字數限制內。Also, @names will no longer count toward the limit, meaning one can reach more people with one tweet.
同樣的，艾特名字的字數將不會計算入總的字數限制，這就意味着以後發一個推文可以叫上更多的小夥伴。
"This will make having conversations on Twitter easier and more straightforward, no more penny-pinching your words to ensure they reach the whole group," according to the blog post.
該博文還指出：“這樣使得在推特上交流更爲容易和直接，不用再摳字數以確保每句不超過字數限制。”
Also, users will no longer have to use the convention ". @" to make a reply visible to all a user's followers.
此外，使用者@ 別人時不再是所有人都可見了。Users will also be allowed to retweet themselves "so you can easily Retweet or Quote Tweet yourself when you want to share a new reflection or feel like a really good one went unnoticed," according to Twitter.
