俄羅斯方面加大對西方制裁的力度

Fears of a damaging trade war between Russia and the west grew as Moscow banned imports of agricultural and food products and threatened possible sanctions on the aerospace, shipbuilding and car sectors.

人們越來越擔心俄羅斯和西方之間爆發一場兩敗俱傷的貿易戰。莫斯科方面出臺了針對農產品和食品進口的禁令,並揚言可能對航空航天、造船、汽車等行業實施制裁。

Escalating its response to western sanctions over the country’s role in the Ukraine crisis Moscow barred imports of meat, fish, seafood, vegetables, fruit, milk and dairy products from the US, the EU, Australia, Canada and Norway for a year. A range of processed foods are also on the blacklist.

對於俄羅斯在烏克蘭危機中的角色所招致的西方制裁,莫斯科加大回擊力度,禁止從美國、歐盟、澳大利亞、加拿大和挪威進口肉類、魚類、海鮮、蔬菜、水果、牛奶和奶製品,爲期一年。一系列加工食品也被列入黑名單。

Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev confirmed he was “potentially ready” to introduce protective measures in several industrial sectors.

俄羅斯總理德米特里•梅德韋傑夫(Dmitry Medvedev)證實,他“潛在準備好”在一些工業部門引入保護措施。

Moscow’s move comes as tensions over Ukraine rise, with Nato warning of a renewed Russian troop build-up on its border with Ukraine and some western governments fretting that Russia could invade under the guise of a humanitarian or peacekeeping mission.

莫斯科此舉正值烏克蘭緊張局勢上升。北約(Nato)警告稱,俄軍部隊在俄烏邊境重新集結。一些西方國家政府擔心,俄羅斯可能以人道主義或維和行動爲幌子入侵烏克蘭。

Eckhard Cordes, chairman of the Eastern Committee, German industry’s lobby group for eastern Europe, warned of “a descent into mutual economic sanctions”, which would “exacerbate the already difficult economic situation in the region”.

德國工業界的東歐遊說團體——東方委員會(Eastern Committee)的主席埃克哈德•科德斯(Eckhard Cordes)警告稱,可能“演變爲相互的經濟制裁……使該地區本已困難的經濟形勢進一步惡化”。
