A:I'm happy to hear that,but publishing is more than just talking to involves a lot of work,patience and of the work is dull and boring.

B:I don't feel bored at all.I'm getting on with my colleagues.I really enjoy working with them. People are great in this industry.

A:Do you have any complaints?

B:No.I have no complaints.I hear there are many opportunities to move up in this that true?
