商務英文郵件中句子的正確運用

我們知道BEC考試可能會出現郵件的寫作問題,其實在職場上,也避免不了要發英語郵件,尤其是在外企工作的人,發英文郵件是令大多數人頭疼的事情。如果使用不恰當或不正確的語言,不斷地在電子郵件中犯錯,很有可能讓人無法讀懂,甚至印象分會大打折扣。

我們先從大家最關心的問題來分享,英文郵件中,可以用Miss或Mrs.稱呼女士嗎?

答案是否定的,因爲你並不確定郵件接收人是否結婚,所以用Miss或Mrs.稱呼女士就不太合適了。下面給大家分享一些比較正式的用法:

✅Dear Sir or Madam, 親愛的先生或女士,

Dear Sir Or Madam: Thank you very much for the nice comments and your continuous support.

尊敬的先生或女士,非常感謝您的好評和持續支持。

✅To whom it may concern: 敬啓者:(美式英語中較常用)

You can just put "Dear Sir or Madam", or you can write "to whom it may concern".

你可以只寫“親愛的先生或女士”,也可以寫“敬啓者”。

✅Dear Mr/ Ms Jones, 尊敬的瓊斯先生/小姐,

Dear Mr/ Ms Jones, I would like to request information about your company to facilitate my research for a school project.

寫信/回覆的理由

正式用法:

✅I am writing with regard to the sale of …/ to the complaint you made on 29th February.

我寫的是關於...的銷售情況/2月29日你提出的投訴。

✅Thank you for your e-mail of 29th February regarding the sale of… / concerning the conference in Brussels.

還有一部分經常被大家忽視,就是結尾部分,這也是給對方留下好印象的重要機會~你應該表示出感謝之情,感謝對方願意花時間配合、回覆你,但是要注意不要長篇大論,一句話概括就夠了。

✅I look forward to hearing when you are planning to visit our town.

我期待着收到你計劃訪問我們城鎮的回信。

To&CC發送,抄送對象一定要分清。

To: 需要直接對郵件進行回覆、採取後續動作的人;

CC(carbon copy): 只需要知曉郵件內容、不需要對郵件做出回覆或採取後續行動的人

給女性寫信時,不管對方是否已婚,除非對方堅持用Mrs. 這一稱呼,一般都用Ms. 來稱呼對方。

如果跟收件人關係比較親密,則可以在Hi、Hello或者Hey後面寫上對方的名字並加一個逗號(,):
