Debit note介紹Debit Note是收款的一方 向繳款的一方開出的票據，如果你是出口方，你就可以向客戶提供一份debit note收一些雜費或別的原因產生的費用，像Invoice一樣，只是Title(標題)改一下，寫明付款方和收款方，然後Remarks裏面註明爲什麼收這一筆款。就類似我們的一個費用清單，除非合同註明此具有法律效力，否則只是一個告知的形式而已。如果你是進口方，並且需要付給客戶一些合同外的費用，你就可以向客戶提供一份credit note/good receive notes，或者是客戶給你發debit note。總之，客戶欠你錢，你就出debit note給客戶;你欠客戶的錢就出credit note給客戶。
