長期護理險試點將擴圍China has added 14 regions to its trials for a long-term care insurance scheme to explore the establishment of a new type of insurance to ensure long-term care for people with severe disabilities.
國家醫保局會同財政部近日印發指導意見，明確將長期護理險試點擴圍，新增了14個試點市（區）。探索建立長期護理保險制度，旨在解決重度失能人員長期護理保障問題。The newly added regions, including Beijing's Shijingshan district, Tianjin municipality, and Fuzhou in Fujian province, bring the total number of the scheme's pilot regions to 49, according to the guidelines jointly issued by the National Healthcare Security Administration and the Ministry of Finance.
此次長期護理保險制度試點名單裏新增了北京市石景山區，天津市、福建省福州市等14個試點市（區），至此，長期護理保險制度試點市（區）已擴至49個。
The trials for the scheme were launched in several provincial-level regions in 2016. The scheme provides services or funds for basic and medical care for people with long-term disabilities.
2016年，我國啓動長期護理保險制度試點，爲重度失能人員的基本生活和醫療護理提供服務或費用。By the end of 2019, China had more than 250 million people aged 60 and above and over 40 million elderly people with disabilities.
截至2019年年底，我國60歲以上的老人超2.5億人，其中失能、半失能老年人超過4000萬人。
