5月份中國房價跌勢繼續趨緩
Another sign of stability in China's economy: China's property prices were deflating at a slower pace for the second month in a row in May.
5月，中國房價跌勢連續第二個月趨緩，這是中國經濟趨穩的又一個表現。New home prices in 70 cities fell by an average 5.7 per cent year-on-year last month, based on calculations by Reuters from official data published by China's National Bureau of Statistics. In April , they had also deflated at a record pace of 6.1 per cent. Records go back to 2011.
根據路透社(Reuters)的計算，上個月中國70個城市的新房價格平均同比下跌5.7%。今年4月，房價平均跌幅爲6.1%，是2011年有記錄以來的最大跌幅。這一結果是路透社根據中國國家統計局(National Bureau of Statistics)的官方數據計算得出的。
The index has been deflating for nine months now, year-on-year, but on a monthly basis there are signs of a pick-up: of the 70 cities tracked, 41 recorded falls last month, versus 47 in April.
該指數已同比連續下跌9個月。不過，環比來看樓市有復甦的跡象：在跟蹤研究的70個城市中，上個月有41個城市錄得房價下跌，低於4月份的47個城市。
In Beijing prices were down 2.3 per cent year-on-year, versus -3.2 per cent in April. In Shanghai prices slipped 2.3 per cent, from -4.7 per cent in March.
