Royal title: We may not know the sex of Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge’s baby, but we do know that it will officially be called a prince or princess of Cambridge, a Kensington Palace spokeswoman said Tuesday. It’s believed to be the first of its kind in royal history.

3. Baby name: If it’s a girl, there’s strong speculation that her name will include Diana to honor William’s late mother. If it’s a boy, Europe’s largest betting firm says odds favor the names John, Francis, Charles, Philip and George.
