騰訊進入全球10大市值最高公司之列
Tencent has kept up the pace with tech rivals such as Facebook and Amazon with a 57 per cent year-on-year jump in third quarter Earnings, as the Chinese tech company boosted ad revenues on the back of its popular mobile games and social media apps.
騰訊(Tencent)跟上了Facebook、亞馬遜(Amazon)等科技公司競爭對手的步伐，第三季度盈利同比增長57%。這家中國科技公司通過廣受歡迎的手機遊戲和社交媒體應用提高了廣告收入。Earnings leapt to Rmb22.75bn ($3.43bn), while monthly active users on its WeChat and Weixin platforms hit 980m.
其第三季度盈利躍升至227.5億元人民幣（合34.4億美元），微信(WeChat)月活躍用戶達到9.8億。The strong earnings report caps a stellar fortnight for Hong Kong listed Tencent, one of the world’s 10 most valuable companies. It spun off two of its units, China Literature and search engine Sougo, both of which priced at the top end of the range. Shares in ebook arm China Literature as much as doubled on their debut.

Revenues at Tencent were up 61 per cent year-on-year at Rmb65.2bn, well above analysts’ expectations of Rmb60.99bn, according to Bloomberg. Consensus forecasts had called for operating profit of Rmb19.77bn.
據彭博社(Bloomberg)報道，騰訊收入同比增長61%，至652億元人民幣，遠高於分析師預期的609.9億元人民幣。此前市場普遍預測其營運利潤爲197.7億元人民幣。Tencent shares have doubled so far this year and the group, founded by Pony Ma, is worth $470bn. Its Honour of Kings Chinese fantasy battle game is the world’s top grossing game, and this quarter helped the online gaming unit turn in revenues of Rmb26.84bn, up 48 per cent year-on-year.
今年迄今騰訊股價已經漲了一倍，這個由馬化騰(Pony Ma)創建的集團價值已達4700億美元。騰訊推出的中國奇幻戰鬥遊戲“王者榮耀”(Honour of Kings)是全球最暢銷的遊戲，本季度幫助其網絡遊戲部門實現收入268.4億元人民幣，同比增長48%。
