跨國公司吸引力正消失 工科生最青睞華爲騰訊

multinational companies no longer enjoy recruitment advantages in China as domestic internet companies increasingly gain favor among Chinese students, according to data released by international consultancy Universum.

國際諮詢公司優興諮詢近日發佈的數據顯示,隨着國內互聯網企業對中國學生的吸引力日益增加,跨國公司在中國已不再擁有招聘優勢。

The Stockholm-headquartered Universum received assessments of 233 employers from 79,346 students majoring in business, engineering, science, social sciences and humanities, law and medicine.

總部位於斯德哥爾摩的優興諮詢收到了79346名商科、工科、理科、社科人文、法律和醫科專業學生對233家公司的評價。

In the survey, 18% of Chinese students said they were willing to work for a multinational, a drop from 25% in 2016 and 28% in 2015.

調研中,18%的中國學生稱,他們願意在一家跨國公司工作,這一比例較2015年的28%和2016年的25%有所下降。

The proportions were even lower among science and engineering majors - only 16% of engineering students and 14% of science students wanted to join a multinational after graduation.

在理工科專業的學生中,這一比例還要更低——只有16%的工科學生和14%的理科學生想在畢業後入職跨國公司。

The students said multinationals were less stable than their domestic counterparts.

學生們稱,跨國公司不如國內企業穩定。

This year, the top five most attractive employers for business majors were Alibaba, Huawei, Bank of China, Ernst And Young, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, while the top five most favored by engineering students were Huawei, Tencent, Alibaba, Baidu and Microsoft.

今年,對商科學生最具吸引力的五大企業是阿里巴巴、華爲、中國銀行、安永和普華永道,而對工科學生最具吸引力的五大企業是華爲、騰訊、阿里巴巴、百度和微軟。
