商務部長:中國經濟增長已轉爲消費驅動

China has successfully made the transformation from an economy whose growth is mainly driven by investment and foreign trade to one that is powered by domestic demand, especially consumption, said Gao Hucheng, minister of commerce, during a press conference held by the State Council Information Office on Tuesday.

週二,在國務院新聞辦公室召開的一場新聞發佈會上,商務部長高虎城表示,中國已經成功的從投資、外貿驅動型經濟轉型爲消費驅動型經濟。

By 2015, China's retail sales of consumer goods reached RMB 30.1 trillion, up 10.7 percent from the previous year. Consumption contributed 66.4 percent to national economic growth, 15.4 percent higher than in 2014, playing the role of stabilizer for economic growth.

2015年,中國消費品零售額達到30.1萬億元,同比去年上漲10.7%。此外,消費佔全國經濟增長的66.4%,比2014年高出15.4%,並在經濟增長中扮演穩定者的角色。

Gao said there are many reasons for the increasing buying sprees by Chinese tourists overseas. Firstly, ever since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the income growth of China's urban and rural residents has been faster than the GDP for three consecutive years and consumption capacity has also been expanding. Secondly, China's social security system has been gradually improving, encouraging people with extra money to up their consumption.

高虎城表示,中國遊客日益高漲的海外購物熱是由很多原因造成的。首先,自中國共產黨第八次全國代表大會以來,中國城鄉居民的收入增長連續三年超過GDP增速,居民消費能力已經在大大提高。其次,中國社會保障系統也在逐步改善,鼓勵人們消費手中的閒錢。

Thirdly, consumption conditions have improved. The supply side has adapted to the market in recent years. For example, health care, travel and entertainment have seen growth.

第三,消費條件已經得到改善。近年來,供應已經適應市場需求。比如,健康保健,旅遊和娛樂業已經有所增長。

As far as China's?outbound?shopping is concerned, data shows that there were 120 million oversea visits in 2015, and consumption abroad, including travel fees, accommodation and shopping expenses, totaled 1.5 trillion yuan ($229.8 billion), among which at least 700-800 billion yuan ($107.3-122.6 billion) was spent on shopping.

就海外購物而言,數據顯示,2015年,共計1.2億人次到海外旅行並且購物。包含旅行費,住宿費和購物花銷在內,中國遊客海外花費達1.5萬億人民幣,其中,購物花銷至少要7000億-8000億人民幣。

Medium- and high-income communities are forming in China, Gao notes, and medium- and low-end commodities and services can hardly meet their consumption needs. Their shopping lists have largely turned toward higher quality goods and better prices from past demands for luxury brands. Therefore, business is now a focal point for playing the role of supply side.

高虎城強調說,中國正在形成中高收入羣體,中低端商品和服務已經很難滿足他們的購物需求。從很大程度上來講,他們的購物清單已經從過去的基本需求轉向質量更高、價位更好的奢侈品牌。因此,商業現在是發揮供應的作用的焦點 。
