還需202年!職場性別平等任重道遠
Women must wait 202 years before they can earn the same as men and have equal job opportunities, according to a global report released by the World Economic Forum (WEF) last Tuesday.

There were fewer women working this year than men, mostly due to the lack of childcare, which kept women from jobs or from progressing to senior roles, according to the annual report.
這份年度報告顯示，今年女性就業人數少於男性就業人數，主要原因是兒童保育服務不足，使得女性無暇就業或晉升。"Most economies still have not made much progress in providing better infrastructure for childcare," said Zahidi in a phone interview.
