Police in Jamaica are investigating Usain Bolt's birthday party after the sporting superstar tested positive for coronavirus following the event.

Bolt, who turned 34 on Friday, was filmed singing and dancing at the outdoor event with a large number of guests, none of whom appeared to be wearing masks or socially distancing.

The test subsequently came back positive, the country's health ministry has confirmed, with the athlete saying he is self-isolating at home and has no symptoms.
