託福寫作模板中的經典句式Both the lecture and the reading discussed …. However, their viewpoints are strongly contradictory for several reasons.

託福寫作提分技巧第一部分：獨立寫作如何備考
一、從什麼樣的教材入手來選擇：滿分範文10篇;歷年獨立寫作真題;飛鳥集(中英雙語);心靈雞湯美文;四六級詞彙書。
由於獨立寫作是話題性寫作，考查的是話題的分析能力和論述能力，話題類型比較多，因此最好的教材就是歷年的獨立寫作真題。通過看10篇滿分範文，可以讓我們把握住獨立寫作的寫法和結構。另外，寫作是對輸出能力的考查，因此單純的依靠寫作訓練來提高語言表達能力是遠遠不夠的，要堅持看美文，讀優美的句子，養成好的英語語感;同時，在朗讀這些優美文章的時候，可以積累地道的英語表達和豐富的英語結構。
四六級詞彙書涵蓋了我們英語中比較實用的詞彙，相比於託福詞彙書，這兩本里面的單詞在寫作中出現的頻率更高;甚至可以說，我們把握好四六級的詞彙之後，寫作上就不會再有詞彙問題了。
二、寫作頻率和步驟的安排：建議保持一天一篇的寫作訓練。不過在備考初期，由於寫作能力相對較弱，建議先以小話題來進行段落的寫作訓練。例如，可以寫《最難忘的一件事》《最好的朋友》《喜歡的電影》等等。這樣，先進行簡單的寫作，找到寫作的感覺。
接着，結合看滿分範文中瞭解的寫作結構，進行10篇完整的寫作訓練，這樣來穩定寫作結構。注意，在寫作準備的前期，都不應該進行限時訓練。這段時間主要是提高語言表達能力;應該在寫作篇幅和結構都熟練穩定之後，再進行限時訓練。
在這10篇寫作訓練完成之後，再強化開頭段/結尾段和主體論述段寫作，把開頭段和結尾段的表達提高並穩定下來，提高論述的力度，穩定論述的結構，準備足夠的例子。
三、具體提高方法：寫作是屬於語言輸出能力的考查，如果單純依靠學生自己來訓練然後檢查，提高比較慢。因此，在寫作備考初期，可以上網搜索相關寫作攻略，也可以上幾節課，把各類題的方法把握住;然後，找幾個一起準備的考生互相看作文，或者找老師幫忙批改。同時，多看優美文章，每天誦讀，把語感提上來。
第二部分：綜合寫作如何提分
很多同學總是反映——老師，我的綜合寫作寫了這麼多字分數總是上不去!亦或是說——老師，我的綜合寫作寫了很多聽力材料裏面的內容，但還是分數不高，這是爲什麼呢?
一、文章結構混亂
解決方案：備考階段，準備一套適合自己的結構模板。綜合寫作的結構特別重要，可以確保我們在組織信息時不會混亂。
二、閱讀信息太多，聽力信息太少
解決方案：綜合寫作要注意控制好閱讀信息和聽力信息的篇幅比例。理想狀態之下，閱讀信息與聽力信息的比例應該爲1:2(注意這個比例!有的是是1：1的比例，這樣不可以的喲)。因此，一定要做到綜合寫作的重心放在聽力上。同時還要避免走向另外一種極端，就是隻寫聽力信息，而隻字不提閱讀信息，綜合寫作一定要體現出閱讀和聽力的關係。
三、時態混亂
解決方案：建議以一般現在時寫作，如果內容中涉及材料的原時態，則保留其原時態。雖然說可以用一般過去時寫，但是不提倡，因爲這種寫法涉及時態轉化，會增加了犯語法錯誤的機率。
四、多樣性匱乏
解決方案：在準備綜合寫作模板時，做到動詞儘量避免重複，轉折對比關係詞靈活替換。
參考動詞：agree/ disagree/ think/ deem/state/ believe/ claim/ contend/ indicate/ illustrate/ demonstrate/ depict/propose/ put forward/ point out/ highlight/ emphasize/ stress/ acknowledge/refute/ etc.
參考轉折對比關係詞：while/ whereas/ yet/ but/however/ unlike/ oppose to/ different from/ in contrast/ on the contrary/ etc.
五、寫作中存在主觀表達
解決方案：綜合寫作爲客觀寫作，因此一定根據閱讀材料和聽力材料寫作，不能自己去創造信息。另外，寫作中要規避主觀表達，如：I think / I believe / I agree with / etc.
