Punctual

Punctual = punct-（刺，點，來自拉丁語punctum）+ -ual（形容詞詞尾），即按照點來的，引申詞義爲“按時的、準時的”，同近義詞有accurate，precise。其名詞形式爲punctuality（守時）。
Punctual常見表達有be punctual for meeting準時到會、 be punctual to the minute非常準時，一分不差、a punctual start at 8 o’clock 8點鐘準時開始、punctual arrival準時到達。
