哈利·波特出生的房屋至今仍無買家

The 14th Century house used as the birthplace of Harry Potter remains on the market over a year after it was put up for sale.

曾被用來作爲哈利·波特誕生地的一座14世紀的房屋，在出售一年後至今仍然無人問津。

De Vere House in Lavenham, Suffolk, featured in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part One, as the house where the young wizard's parents were killed by Lord Voldemort.

位於薩福克郡拉文納姆的德維爾樓曾出現在《哈利波特與死亡聖器（上）》中，是這位年輕巫師的父母被伏地魔殺害的地方。

It was put on the market last summer for almost 1m GBP. Estate agent Carter Jonas said it was yet to find "the buyer it deserves".

這座房子在去年夏天以近100萬英鎊的價格投放入市場。不過房產公司卡特·喬納斯稱，該房屋尚未找到“應得的買主”。

Caroline Edwards, a partner at the firm, said: "Special houses like this always have to find the right buyer -- indeed, a buyer who is prepared to be a custodian as much as a resident."

She said such a historic house appealed to the "timber-framed purist" but was "not for the faint-hearted", given the significance it carried.

De Vere House has a price tag of 950,000 pounds, which has been dropped from the original 995,000 pounds asking price.

It formed part of Godric's Hollow in the Harry Potter film, and was seen with a Christmas tree in the window, opposite a fictional graveyard. It takes its name from the De Vere family and has previously been known as Oxenford House and Oxford House.

這座房屋坐落於《哈利·波特》電影中的戈德里克山谷，窗內有一棵聖誕樹，對面是一個虛構的墓地。它的的名字是以德維爾家族命名的，之前曾被稱爲奧森克津屋和牛津屋。
