特朗普上任首日美國將退TPP 中國或成最大贏家
US President-elect Donald Trump announced last Monday that he will withdraw the US from the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) on his first day in office.
美國當選總統唐納德·特朗普上週一宣佈，上任第一天將讓美國退出跨太平洋夥伴關係協定(TPP)。"I'm going to issue a notification of intent to withdraw from the TPP, a potential disaster for our country," Trump said.
特朗普稱："我將發佈意在退出TPP的通知，TPP對美國而言是潛在災難。"Trump made the remarks in a short video in which he outlined his policy plans for the first 100 days in office.
特朗普在一則介紹其首個百日執政規劃的簡短視頻中發表了上述言論。
"Instead, we'll negotiate fair bilateral trade deals that bring jobs and industry onto American shores, " he added.
他補充說道："我們將協商公平的雙邊貿易協議以取代TPP，爲美國海岸帶來就業和產業機會。"He also touched upon energy, regulation, national security, immigration and ethics reform.
