v. 收集；聚集
企業在產品生產或輸出服務之前，會做大量的前期工作，其中很重要的一環是要了解市場需求，清晰掌握消費者羣體的意願需求。
在分析市場需求前，必須要大量收集可靠準確的信息（gather reliable and accurateinformation）和數據（gather data），再進行篩選、分類，與有經驗的團隊一起討論，確定和解決客戶需求（customer demand），從而鎖定新的市場機會（market opportunity）。
我們來看2個例句：
The faster the information is gathered, the faster the response.
