國內名校發佈年就業報告:三成畢業生選擇靈活就業
Top universities in China have released their employment reports in 2015.
日前，國內頂級高校陸續發佈各自的2015年度就業報告。The reports from Peking University and Tsinghua University show that in 2015, 30% of their graduates chose flexible employment.
北大清華的報告顯示，2015年兩校畢業生中有三成選擇了靈活就業。
Chen Yongli, director of the Career Service Center of Peking University says the school has introduced various programs to encourage entrepreneurship. "Peking university has put forward a development plan to help students start their own businesses. We have built a complete growth system covering the whole process from the selection of teams and business training to the incubation of the business. Currently, among the undergraduates, there are more than 100 teams receiving our guidance."
據北京大學學生就業指導服務中心主任陳永利介紹，學校已經推出了各種方案來鼓勵創業。“北京大學已經提出了一項發展計劃，來幫助學生自主創業。我們已經建立了完整的大學生創業體系，該體系包括了創業培訓選拔，創業技能指導等全套流程。迄今爲止，在所有在校學生中，已有100多個創業團隊接受過輔導。”
Industries involved with new media, internet, and culture creativity attract most entrepreneurs.
與新媒體、互聯網、文化創意產業有關的行業吸引了大多數的創業者。The reports also state that companies in the field of manufacturing, finance, and information technology have become the most popular employers. According to the report by Zhejiang University, nearly 60% of its graduates with a master's degree entered information technology and Internet companies.
該報告也顯示，製造業、金融業以及信息技術相關的工作最受畢業生青睞。而浙江大學的報告顯示，其2015屆碩士畢業生中有近六成進入了信息技術和互聯網公司。
