外籍學生在華就業有新規 優秀高校畢業生可在華就業
Starting this year, foreigners who have graduated with a master's degree from a Chinese or a foreign university during the previous year will be eligible to work in China, according to a circular issued by the ministries of education, foreign affairs, and human resources and social security.
根據教育部、外交部、人社部近日發佈的通知，今年起，在中國高校或境外高校取得碩士學位且畢業1年以內的外籍人士可在華就業。To qualify students must be at least 18 years old, healthy, possess a clean criminal record and have grades averaging above 80% or a B+/B under the letter-grade system.
爲獲得就業資格，學生必須年滿18週歲，身體健康，無犯罪記錄，平均成績不低於80分(百分制)或B+/B(等級制)。Their jobs must match the individual's academic specialties.
其工作崗位須與個人學術專長對口。
Eligible international students at Chinese universities will be granted work permits and employment licenses.
符合條件的中國高校留學生將獲得就業許可證書和就業證。Qualified students at foreign universities will first be granted work permits, followed by an employment license after arriving in China and obtaining a work visa.
符合條件的境外高校學生將先獲得就業許可證書，入境且獲得工作簽證後將獲得就業證。Employment licenses for foreign graduates are valid for one year from when they first arrive, with subsequent licenses being valid for up to five years at a time.
外籍畢業生就業證有效期首次爲1年，延期一次，有效期不超過5年。
